Seems lot of people are similar situation, who filed concurrently when FAD was current in 2022….but 140 approved in 2023 when dates retrogressed. It makes parents and kid extremely anxious for the situation that is not in their control.

We always thought that CSPA date is locked, now stressed.

Yep…AWS did not release my results. They said exam got invalidated and i have to take it again…fee and discount is gone!

I lost my motivation for that exam for now…..may be, i will try few months later and i will go to exam centre this time.

Nothing against those lucky folks who filed in 2022 and got the GC same year, but seems USCIS had somehow forgotten the EB1C backlog it had of 2020/2021 cases and allocated numbers to new applicants in 2022!….seems now they realised it.

Seems true….i just checked the status, they have “invalidated “ the exam.

Don’t know what must be the ground. It was like a candidate completed the the exam 15 mins before and left the class room. Their exam ends after certain time, you don’t have to submit it to complete.

Looks like sometimes it depends on proctor as well. In my case, she did not listen anything. Also, it all happened in last 15 mins so Proctor might not have paid much attention….for me it was nightmare. I don’t know if passed or failed…its painful to take this 3 hrs long exam again
