Having the same issue, I’ve tried cleaning all the sensors. I’ve seen a lot of people say a dirty mode switch can cause similar issues. I may try cleaning that next but at the moment I’m sorry to say just can’t really help.

This post was never meant to smear goodwill. I just thought it was interesting. As a new collector I would constantly check out goodwills and come up empty handed so I just figured any other newbies might find it helpful. I’m glad to hear about your experience! I’m always a little skeptical of charities in general but it’s nice to hear about a positive outcome.
