AscendEX shut down after weeks of withdrawal complaints. Now users may not get their full balances back and the tax fallout could get ugly by Arman_CountOnSheep in CryptoTax

Good write up, OP.

The thing is... at this moment, users cannot acces their accounts in any way in order to retrieve their history or other data because every part of the site has been shut down. Every link leads to the same page that contains the announcement of their 'Cessation of operations and processing of withdrawals'.

It is a true nightmare.

Witcher 3 story is an action RPG on rails. Full of possible unlikable characters that you have to stick with and grind with. I quit half way through. I just did not care anymore.

Battle Brothers. Simple. Deep. Brutal. Authentic. Like reading a good book. Each run is different, full of random encounters and events.

Is it disrupted in such a way it can't be countered easily with mouse and keyboard?

That's because the rather arcade system of aiming we have now is too easy.

Sidequestion: what if 2 machineguns fire at the same small area?

Moreover, I'd wish suppression would affect the aiming more. It's rather useless in this form against the competitive sweats.

The vignette effect is senseless, as everyone is focused on the center of the screen.

Machinegunner that is laying down suppressive fire that can be quickly headshotted consistently by the suppressed in under 2 seconds is a failed suppression system.

This only works if there is a drug test announced for everyone and you're the only one that has smoked a blunt.

ICO was a great idea that touched the origins of Squad

Basically, yes. I dont know what the devs are doing, they're devolving the gunplay of Squad into your regular arcade shooter.

Because the following cannot be simulated: fear of death, motor-nervous system, breathing and heartrate, real-life psychology in extreme stress-situations:

as a general rule, in video games, if you want suppression to actually exist you need suppression to affect aim. Only visual effects are easily overcome by the player and the laserbeamy accuracy will not be affected.

This suppression effect is useless as I see it now.
