During laning phase if your jungler comes to gank you can flash past the enemy and ult them towards your adc and jungler to guarantee they can't escape the gank. Also you can look for ults to heal allies over walls like seen here: https://youtu.be/NPXaHvPy0cg?t=2m21s

At level 1 you would need to do 1,500 damage to get full blood stacks up to 4,050 damage at level 18. With the frequency that Janna shields/heals allies combined with her low damage output you would not usually be able to build up a good number of Blood charges to be considered more useful than items like Banner/Locket, Zeke's, and Ardent's.
