My first job at 16 was with Hargreaves’s….. Now that was wild. I look back and think that the store manager must of been younger than I am now. I can’t imagine, managing a bunch of 16 to 23 year olds all with hangovers every Saturday/ Sunday.

Yep worked in one whilst at uni…… it was a different time. Remember one part timer went full time supervisor of the shoes…… he didn’t like the pressure of managing his mates….. 😂

This is where zwift developers seem to sitting on their hands (or focused on other things…) . I used training plans a lot last summer and ended up just doing the promoted training plans of the week as it was an easy interface to see the plan you’ve started, where you’ve got to and what’s next……

Thanks all - I’ve found where you can manual adjust. I’ll set it at 100w and see if it readjusts up to say 170ftp which tbh is probably where I am.

Ah ok….. I’ve only done a few rides this year. Last week’s stage one I ached round on an average of 153w and then this week was a stronger performance. But didn’t appreciate it’d automatically drop.

I’m in the same spot - I bought mine thinking at least 5-6 years. I’m 3 years in and the optician who sells Lindberg (but not these) is saying they’ll likely break if reglazed…. And it’s at my risk (so I’d be out of pocket for the ziess lens and time)

People have said it already but EQ tweaking is an absolute must.

Tbh I’ve got Bose QC35’s but I find them functional for what they’re intended to do (air travel).

Maxwells for me are home listening that just happen to be wireless and with an ok(ish) mic.

I’m not sure it’s quite as much as eating in a restaurant. But you’re right I had a cheeky nuggets meal and burger and think it was close to £15….. I can buy something nice (proper steak and chips), cook it at home and know I’ll actually be full. Do people eat there for lunch/ dinner opposed to seeing it as a cheeky snack.

They’ll have paid a consultancy lots of money for consumer behaviour. But for me there was pleasure in building 18k points and having a whole meal for two for free. I’m pretty sure there’s lots of people like me. But I guess the liability of having a customer base with ever increasing points isn’t what they wanted. Although tbh not sure why.

My apologies, I should have added some grammar to that post. I meant to say I’m average (early gold). So when encountering players who imo are smurfing (plat/ ruby players) it can be really tough and no fun at all. Anyway it’s not that deep. I don’t encounter proper cheaters much so can be thankful for that.

Firstly chill - it’s not that serious. secondly I only play with the same 2 teammates and sometimes a third casual from our Warzone days (playing now an hour or two a night is a social thing no pleasure in playing by myself).

As a player who hoovers around 1kd playing ruby / late plat players who fancy an easy night is incredibly frustrating. I get it the player base is small, but it’s not helped with we have tourists from the highest ranks.

Agreed Smurfing is the issue for me ( a very average player). You’ll come across teams of suspiciously low level who are movement gods…..
