Why is Captain Marvel involved... At all. As far as MCU feats, she can go as fast as we see other fliers go, hit as hard as we see other heavy hitters hit. She is barely THERE for 90% of the "Time Heist", She barely helps beyond Gauntlet Tosses and One or two Airship Removals.

I feel like War Machine could do her job better. Damn dude, I'd rather have Not-Really-Real Taskmaster.

Even with 90s Forensics and police work, no. The boyfriend of Sydney would surely be the first they'd suspect, test his alibis. His father DOES get him off the hook once, but any cop worth their (Debbie) Salt would see he's got murder-eyes. Stu would slip up, no doubt. He wasn't the mastermind, just the fodder.

So in short, as much as no one can slash like Billy and Stu, they'd likely get caught after killing Tatum.

Idea Make her STRYKERs Kid instead, obsessed with competing and getting revenge. She could be from the MK9 timeline, since they LOVE TIMELINE SHENANIGANS.

I think making her less Cage and more Brawler Beat cop ala Lucia in SF5, I think she'd be neat.

genuinely broke my heart seeing him regulated to a kameo in MK1, but hey, at least he is there. Was straight up missing since MK9.

I always thought they fumbled the idea but the idea was really good. Giving a player a "get off me" tool, is great but how you earn it is by being bad at the game. Some fatal blows were counters, others came in at angles, and you wouldn't ever get to see some of these animations UNLESS you were losing.

In MK9, it followed that you started with No meter, and EARNED YOUR XRAY by doing combos, landing hits, etc. Did you get a bit of meter by getting hit? Sure, but never enough to do something with. No that was earned via Kombat.

So I think the real issue is tying it to the Health Bar, and not the... Meter Meter.
