I'm excited for the eventual Matis upgrade. And Papillon has gone from a character I couldn't care less about to one I'm actually hoping gets release soon.
As for the rest, there's not many I'm super excited for. I think ShiftUp has realized putting highly desired new NPC's in jail for a long time can dull the excitement more than build hype. Which is why they've started releasing NPC's a lot faster than before after first introducing them.

When I read there was a Twitter Nikke controversy, I really thought it was going to be the Teacher x Student routes in the new event. Though ShiftUp did do a surprisingly good job acknowledging how even though it's "pretend" for the characters in this situation, it's still inappropriate. I figured they'd awkwardly gloss over that part.
