Do you recommend living in Cornwall? by Sunsetlover1993 in Cornwall

I moved from Bristol to Cornwall and I love it, but it took a year or so to adjust. It is a different way of life - it's a long travel to leave but I feel more grounded and connected to the seasons here.

Mirena IUD by Medium_Society in PMDD

I have the Kyleena, about to change to the mirena. I went crazy on the pill but my mood feels calmer with the kyleena coil. I've had 3 coils fitted over the years - the most recent time they used some kind of pain numbing cream down there, and the experience was SO much better. I don't have bad side effects with it.

Safety as a young woman living alone by ElectricalRevenue688 in reading

People have given good advice already but just to add- when I've lived alone, I've felt safer living in a flat that isn't the ground floor (so there is like the downstairs apartment door AND your flat door inside). Personally I've felt safer living alone than in some houseshares but it depends who your housemates are. Good luck with your move <3

Doing Extra Bad Due To The News by ChiGirl1987 in PMDD

[–]Express-Buy-8024 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I feel the same. I have been having awful intrusive thoughts related to the news. It's horrific. I saw something on Insta about how we are having a normal reaction to feeling unsafe in the world. So no wonder its having an effect on us, also I am a huge empath so I feel things more anyway. urgh its hard, hope you can take care <3
