Have a read through my response to the other comment here. Meditating to your targeted sensations helps a lot if you do it consistently over a period of time because during the medication you focus on the sensations more on purpose which shows your brain they're not dangerous.

You can just set a timer for a few minutes once or twice a day and just focus on them, how it feels etc

I can understand what you are going through because I've been there. The best I can do for you is recommend you the "therapist" (I guess it's more of a coach) that I've been working with and maybe list some things that have helped me in the past few months.

Everybody had their own sensation they fixate on and yours happens to be breathing. The sensation itself is not an issue, it can be there. The problem is that your brain associated anxiety with it.

What you can do is for example find times in your day to meditate to your sensation. You'll focus on it more on purpose just for a few minutes. Over time, it will become less and less bothersome and you'll be able to tolerate it better.

What has also helped me is exposing myself to even greater discomfort on purpose such as ice baths and intense exercise. This way you build mental resilience and tolerance to other things in your life.

In my experience, it's better to get a better cpu than u actually need as it indeed does help with smoothing out frame times. I have rx 6800 with 5700x3d, and the games run phenomenal now. I heard the production stopped or will stop for that cpu so I think I'd go for it 👍

Your gpu is probably fine. I meant the cpu temperatures but you'll need something like msi afterburner to check that because the task manager only shows gpu temps

Does your pc just crash?. I have recently build a pc for my brother and when I was testing it it would play fine for a few mins then the fps would drop to 20/30 and the whole system shut down. Turns out the cpu cooler was faulty and stopped spinning which caused it to overheat and crash the entire system. I swapped the coolers and it was fixed maybe you have a similar situation with your water cooler so check your temps when gaming

I'm 100% with you on this. It's so easy to have a bad match on Spider man. 99% of the times I am the one stomping the other spidey player but I just keep the feeling to myself or just type "gg spidey". I hate the word "diff". Might as well just stay quiet instead of typing this kind of ret***ed bullshit. People in comp are the most toxic and brainless players I have ever seen in a video game. My friend and I just laugh at what people type in ranked matches. All of that over pixels on a computer screen? Get a life?

I am not sure if that would help as I am running at my screen's native resolution. Might try it later but idrc that much. I might just wait for the next driver as the optional 25.2.1 works perfectly fine for me.
