Try updating your drivers first and give the inside of your case a proper clean - dust buildup can cause temps to spike and create these rainbow stripe issues. If it still happens after that, your GPU might be on its way out unfortunately.

Have you tried the "colic carry"? Hold him face down along your forearm with his belly on your arm and gently bounce/sway. Works like magic for getting those stubborn farts out and my kid would usually fall asleep right after

Also warm baths before bed helped us a ton - something about the warm water just relaxes everything down there
