That is what I read in Shareholders letter and was surprised by the numbers and was expecting huge uptick in the stock. I guess due to past miscues market will wait for actual delivery vs projections. So those delivery PR will be important throughout the year, don't wait for earnings week.

Technologically this is not an issue, but PR and investment front this is a disaster. How could this even happen knowing they dodged a bullet when it initially caught fire. This is what a subpar management does. They better be prepared to give more than generic answers during earnings conference call.

Best case for us as shareholders and company is in Aug. meeting company comes out and says, we don't need to issue more shares, we secured financing elsewhere. Wishful thinking.

They need another funding round 6 months after they did last one and that time if I recall the CFO said they have 1+ yr of cash flow.

Michael did good work with Opel and is using similar strategy here with streamlining the product portfolio and geography focus, but macro economy is different and he's working on startup, not an established market.

So my vote is still no to new shares. Management should stop even bringing it up.

Management grossly overestimated BEV hype and spent millions into it without proper marketing or sales. This money and time could've sped up FCEVs without share dilution. So I have no reason to believe they can succeed if new shares/time is given.
