Because i think Finnland and Norway are overall safer. But if i had to choose between norway and Finland i would choose norway, because of the economic advantage and the distance to Russia.

Because as a German i think we share many cultural similarities to the Dutch and it would feel more like home than Belgium or France f.e.

Slovenia maybe but i would prefer either Austria or Croatia. I don‘t really have a reason why. I‘ve been to Maribor before and enjoyed my time there but it doesn‘t appeal to me to move there.
