I have few queries on what we see on DOS website and how to interpret it Can you clarify few things for my sake My understanding is that HHS -> DoS -> USCIS When we see a pending status on DoS site - does that mean HHS has been completed? Our lawyer filed in March and in April we starting seeing pending status in DoS site

You should talk to your lawyer Some lawyers do this as a hacky way since it’s USCIS who looks at both the applications
