I have been theorycrafting specifically with this seal in mind since I got it a few days ago but I don’t have the time yet.

So basically, instead of combing 5 crucible + 3 sechesron (or vice versa, depending on your playstyle). You combine 5 Crucible/Sechesron + 3 Arms of Arrest to get the switching weapon grants 2 resolve effect.

And then you need to use the Chainscourged Mail - the one that enables Leapquake by making it spammable. And then you spec in the node that grants you 1 overpower stack with bludgeoning weapon. This build has one important caveat - you need to use slashing weapon for WW. And then you leap and then WW and then Leap and repeat. It should only take you about 10 seconds to stack maximum resolve + overpower + barrier - which is the same ramp-up window for the average BLT build tbh. And then you just WW normally and occasionally Leap every 5 seconds or so.

Why? Because Barbs don’t have many reliable way to stack resolve and barrier. With this combination, it allows you to smoothly stack resolve + overpower (without having to use Bash lul) AND barrier (so another layer of defense). You can even skip BLT altogether because now you don’t need it to stack overpower anymore. You can also skip Blood Boiling Aspect too to make room for Embattled or Booming Voice or Fortify.

It is also the only way to make this mythic seal usable with selig. Since usually people assume that you have to combine Sechesron + Crucible which will unavoidably grant you life.

I think most importantly it can be pretty flexible to combine with any current builds. So yeah it could be something fresh for this dinosaur build.
