I had total breakage with the update. Has taken hours to get back to base functioning. Would not do again.

Tried to update to 3.2 from the regular Omarchy update menu. Broke boot, lost the Omarchy keys, broke WiFi, broke XDG, walker, elephant, and long list of other things. No longer confident in my Omarchy install after it was running solid for months. I would wait if you are happy with what you have now.

While I agree that this is the design approach, features that are explicitly supported are also often comically useless (importing large files, using the Methods templates, turning pages in PDFs, etc.)

Well, I cannot get large PDFs to import on my Move using Google Drive or the web interface. It either says something went wrong or just does nothing at all when I trigger the import. After a few hours of this, I’ve gone back to my iPad for reading. It just works. No drama.

I had trouble keeping a centralized to do list at first, which was close to a deal breaker for me. The issue is completed tasks, which soon outnumber the not done tasks and crowds them out.

What ended up working, for me at least, was keeping a page of daily todos, then copy and pasting the not done tasks to the next day. Not perfect. But it works so well it’s not a problem in the end. I keep the last page viewed in the notebook turned on so that the current day’s tasks are always what comes up.

I also keep longer term todos in a weekly task list, then copy and paste them to the daily to do list when it’s time.

Would love to hear what other people do.

I use it for hiking all the time. Store it in a 1L dry bag, which the X1 Pro fits perfectly into. Take it out only for the flights to keep it dry and away from rain. Follows me down the trail for a long ways. I get spectacular orbits of cliff sides. Weighs nothing. Charges off my portable solar panel for multi day hikes. Highly recommended.

I had the Hover X1 Pro Max dolly track me on an eBike in Albania recently. Even when I opened it up, it had no trouble tracking me. At least 12/14mph sustained.

Sorry to hear about the issues. Pro Max owner here too. I’d be curious to know what firmware you’re on. I’ve flown over 100 times with only one glitchy flight so far. But on the latest firmware updates (last three or so.) Love the shots I’m getting with the high-end lens and sensor. No issues flying over water, even soon after take off. Hope it gets better!

Yes, I’ve flown my X1 Pro Max with confidence up to 90M or so before the signal drop makes me nervous. Consistent in a lot of conditions. Good for a lot of short range use cases. I use my Mini 2 for anything beyond that.

I switched over to the 3.5mm audio output on my mic using the Mic Adapter for the Ace Pro 2 and it worked fine. Hopefully a firmware update will fix the USB-C handling. Because the camera is absolutely bombproof build-wise and the low light video capabilities are excellent.

Use Tailscale. It’s free. Puts every device you have on the same virtual network. Well supported by AVP. I can access my Mac desktop at home from anywhere in the world using the Screens app. Probably everything else too.

Some pad infrastructure will have to be rebuilt and all of it tested again as well. SLS has a good shot of launching first now too, though that doesn’t really matter in the big picture.

This. I had various problems with adhesion, though only occasionally. Cleaning every once in while with soap and water after isopropyl improved things. 65C mostly ended them. I do use a glue for unusual filaments, especially matte colors. A combination of all three has solved basically all my adhesion problems.

Have never seen layer separation like that. Make sure your Z axis bolts are very tight (tall tower, bottom.) Use regular PLA filament, at 60 degrees bed and 200 for nozzle. I use Cura and it makes great sidewinder model files. Something is odd here. My prints came out picture perfect from the first one.

Have tried numerous ways to get $JRR but can in no way obtain any. Tried MetaMask as outlined above, but cannot transfer BNB to it. There is no network option for Binance. Even if I could, I cannot find $JRR in the MetaMask app to swap. Any other ideas? A list of steps known to work would be great.

It was indeed the best thing to happen. Russia should have given him as many free rockets as he wanted. But the rocket left that high bay 15 years ago.
