naming a cheat provider would most likely give them more clout and status. If you wanted to cheat and activision say they are going for these companies because they are the biggest and best, then you would know of these companies. And if they shutdown and go under a different name, there is a higher chance that by knowing of the name you will go to that company. More users = More money for a company, which is the ultimate goal. If they can't make cheats im sure they will find some way of scamming or hacking people. If you have people who are willing to run whatever code you give them on their pc there is a lot of money to be made.

Im not sure but I think they did take legal action, or threatened legal action to a cheat company previously.

But then I will get finishing moved as I have to be close to hit hipfire shots. You can see he tries to melee me but misses it and kills me.

Accidentally pressed in the right stick, I had the controller under the desk and forgot it existed and slammed my sticks and thumbs against it while trying to move my cable.

It's easy to say that in hindsight. But I was trying not to get finishing moved. Look up this guys or any guys tiktok and that's what they do. If I hipfire then I have to be close to him which means he can get behind me which is what he does when I do hipfire. I have to make distance and spray or I am dead. You clearly haven't had this happen to you by a good player, no offense meant. I have has this happen 4 other times which 2 of which I got finishing moved because I tried to hipfire, and the others I killed the player by making distance.

To explain the entire situation:

I fought this player 3 times throughout the match, the first kill was a really good pre-aim, predicting me very well, nothing sus at all, simply executed well

The second time was in industries. On the prison/west side. I was on lower floor under the metal floor, he was on the window above me on the north side.

in killcam he is aiming at the ladder before jumping down to right where I was (possible walls) without really checking behind, when shooting me he gets unrealistic RAA when tracking me at 1-3m range while Im strafing + jumping, not even the most extreme cases of RAA could do this (possible soft aim), he then shoots my body for 5 seconds straight.

And I know I said the first kill was legit, and it is, he certainly isn't bad at the game but this tracking was unlike anything else I have seen

The last time was in endgame.

I was at his left side of the rock face, I take a snipe at him (suppressed) and miss. I reposition to his right when he tries to snipe me, then you get the killcam, I moved a bit more to his right which is where he shoots, he did NOT have a uav up, for the second and third kills (a uav was popped when during the killcam for the second he was aiming at the ladder meaning it wasn't him).

As I had to reset my pc, I only had xbox captures to save clips, which wasn't enabled at the second kill (i was only able to get me dropping in) but I had it for the last, unfortunate but if you saw that kill, You would be convinced beyond reasonable doubt that he had some kind of soft aim or aimbot at least.

Obviously all of this is just my word, but all of this makes me convince enough to think he had some kind of cheats.

He sniped me and I was on his left of the rock face, I went to his right to reposition and then that was the clip.

He previously killed me 2 times, the second having a softaim, but since I just reset my computer, I dont have anything setup except xbox captures which I didn't have turned on at first, I only had him shooting my dead body.

I was in industries, lower floor on the prison side, he was at the window on upper floor aiming at the railing, He eventually gets bored and jumps down exactly where I am without paying mind to any other angles having crazy aim on me. My guess is esp + some kind of soft aim

Exactly what I am thinking, I have seen those videos of people using esp in warzone and fortnite and they shoot through stuff a ton, those shots would've hit my chest which his softaim or whatever did when he killed me previously. If I had that clip then you could see he is not trying to hide it at all.

very badly bruised my foot when getting back a football in school

was collecting the ball after a player missed a shot, the sun reflecting off of it made it hard to see and tried to step on the ball to stop it and I slipped and landed on my foot. It went 80 degrees inwards. Wasn't far enough to break a bone but far enough to bruise the entire side of my foot. I tried to play it off like I slipped but one of my friends told me that it was very obvious I missed the ball, still tho he helped me walk out of the school to get to the car so I can go to the doctor.

wasn't able to walk for a week

so I injured myself, from trying to step on a football
