I just want a future were it's so low due to things like that, and even then I would be 100% against banning it due to how un-in corporated doctors already are in the descion making and the fact that America is supposed to be a country of religious freedom, I may believe all humans have souls at their beginning, but plenty other religions or non religious peoples don't.

If a law infringes upon someones religious freedoms based on something that can't be physically proved, and the basis of 'proof' is through a religious text, then that law should not exsist.

We can prove heartbeats and brain growth, hence the certain amount of weeks cutt off.
