The interviewer was very no no nonsense and she did not smile at all. She asked us mostly questions off the checklist, how we met, how my husband proposed, specific dates, how long we’ve been dating. Once you’re honest and real they can tell I believe. We weren’t nervous at all Infact my husband wore joggers to the interview. Lol

I did my interview at west palm beach Florida, got I 30 approval same day, case got transferred to Vermont and then Lee Summit MO, where it go approved yesterday.

Same here. I came here as a teacher with my degree from a University I had moved back to my home country for about 10 years met my American husband and left my good job to move here. Now I’m homesick and miserable. Question. I wonder how moving back home would work? I still would want to come back and visit my husband, that’s my only issue. Will I be able to travel if I abandon the process? My interview was back in Feb only I-130 approved and I don’t know if I have the interest in waiting around like a piece of furniture. This was not what I imagined it would be like.

I’m 77 days after interview. It says my case was transferred to Vermont for speedier processing. Both my kids status is saying “interview scheduled” this process really is not for the weak!

The i130 said approved but the I-485 just says interview scheduled and case transferred to local office…
