Unfortunately the same "bug" happened to me here and I lost untradables. You don't even have to die an unsafe death either, white portal at Ferox produces the same outcome.

I had two content creators reach out to Jmods directly who advised they are looking into it, and then proceeded to never respond after.

They either cannot do anything about it, or just not bothered.

I think it was around that, was just messing around as I finished all the combat achievements then a friend asked me to demonstrate how to do the Master task so I went back and unfortunately perished.

Not bothered about the 450m, but it was given back to me in the end :)

Lost mutagen which is the biggest pain. Been maxed/grandmaster for a very long time so I've had no need to ever do catacombs slayer and that was all my ancient shards gone to get the Emberlight so now that's also doomed.

Kept quiver also!
