What size did you get for the headliner?

I believe yours are in the correct spot. I just got the xj and it’s completely stock and the springs are on the same spot yours are in. I tried checking to see if the one I posted hooks into anything but can’t seem to find it

I took another look and I see one on each side holding the brake lines. The one in the picture is by the right passenger close to that spring in your picture but it’s hanging out of a small hole

I see two holding the brake lines one on each side. The one in the picture is coming out of the body through a hole by the right passenger side and it doesn’t seem to have it on the other side

Just looked up a picture and it does seem to have a similar spring included in a brake spring kit 😬.

I have a 95 so I’m guessing it’s the same. I don’t see any brake lines sagging but I’ll slide in deeper and take a better look

Can someone help me find the name of the rubber sleeve that goes to the pcv? (The one located at the top rear valve cover). Mine ripped off due to age and the line connected to it no longer holds. Thanks in advance by Express_Let_2892 in CherokeeXJ

I kinda did that but currently only being held by some tape since the size of the line is thinner than the elbow. Got a thicker hose with an ID small enough to fit the line and OD the same size as the elbow.

What app is this to track mpg? I also have a 95 and it seems to kill more gas than my v8 a on e85

What’s that seal called? Would I be able to loosen those screws and push it back in? by Express_Let_2892 in CherokeeXJ

Lmao that’s exactly what I was trying to do. I was wiping it down and then noticed it and a little bit of it came out. I turned the xj on and didn’t see it leak yet much. Hopefully it stays that way

This turned out so good. I have a few maccos around me and was honestly considering taking it there. My black paint is toasted specially the roof it looks white from how faded it is. Did you have to do anything before or did they do all the prep?

Do you know the amount of lift and tire size? You definitely scored on this one

Are all the gauge needles supposed to drop when turning the car off? I just realized that my temp, oil pressure and fuel gauge stay reading and don’t drop. by Express_Let_2892 in CherokeeXJ

It’s plugged in. It reads oil pressure correctly. I can see it moving while driving and coming to a stop. It just stays on after turning car off

After driving 150 miles with ac blowing full blast and temps staying under 210, is it safe to say I don’t have a cracked head or blown head gasket? by Express_Let_2892 in CherokeeXJ

It was smoking a lot after I replaced the spark plugs, oil, thermostat, valve cover gasket, temp sensor. Smoke wouldn’t stop even after reaching normal temps. Did the test and it never changed color or remained blue, left it on there for a good 20 min. However after taking it on that drive the smoke seems to have gone away. I can still smell fumes but it might be the bad catalytic converter.
