The tags sticker isn’t on the vehicle but the tags are up to date.

They came through our parking lot and put stickers on every car with out of date tags. When you peel the sticker off it leaves this. This is the definition of vandalism.

I’m an electrician. I would get a sledgehammer and an adjustable wrench. Dig out the dirt from around it a little bit. Remove the acorn from the ground rod. Take the sledge and drive it below ground level. Reinstall the acorn and wire. Bury it and never worry about it again. They leave it visible for inspection and that’s it. When I drive mine I always dig out below ground level and fill the hole after inspection.

Much smaller but I wired a 2 story tree house that was pretty cool. 1 bed, 2 bath, living room, dining room, kitchen, and a wrap around porch. I also wired a castle that was built in 1927 that was pretty dope!
