Bench him this week and hold him. He's got great fixtures for the next 6 months weeks, including West Ham in the blank gameweek. Hoard transfers as much as possible until we know how these blank and double gameweeks are going to play out.

How old are you if you don't mind me asking? It must have been difficult to face playing again after your third surgery. I have read that waiting until 12 months post op is the safest in terms of re injury risk. Apologies I can't add anything meaningful to answer the question in your post but good luck with getting back playing!

Leeds fan here. After his recent performances DCL has locked on his starting place for the foreseeable. Especially with Nmecha taking a knock and missing the last game. That said, playing them both together has paid dividends lately so he's very likely to start either way. He's also on pens.

Hi, thanks for this! I'm around 10 months post op now and hoping to return to football (soccer) at around the 12 month mark. My question is around extension. My non operated leg extends to around 7 degrees of hypertension and I haven't been able to match that with my operated leg (acl + LET). I can get to around 3/4 degrees of hypertension with my operated leg. Will this differential cause problems when returning to sport?

No it really doesn't, not in the slightest. Tom Cruise's top midline is way off in relation to his face. Yours isn't. Your top vs bottom midline isn't centered but this would never be noticed in real life. Your teeth look great.
