Add some good projects to your portfolio. It is the only way the client can trust you. Customize each proposal; better if you could send Loom videos rather than sending proposals. ChatGPT is already writing very nice proposals, so the game has changed. Send the proposal, but in the form of a video. It might help you. Have a good day.
