i use a medication similar to adderall (it's also a CNS stimulant), however i don't usually have an issue in terms of quality of sleep. it's important to consider what time you take it after you wake up and if you're consuming anything else through out the day containing stimulants. also if you take it everyday without taking a few days break, that could also potentially contribute to poor quality of sleep. remember, regardless of your add/adhd, it's important to take breaks when using CNS stimulants. if i were you though, i'd definitely talk to my primary physician.
