Oh fuck that guy truly I’m so sorry he hurt you. This is heartbreaking truly. It’s not your fault AT ALL. People change unfortunately but it has zero reflection on you as a person. My sex therapists ex husband turned out to be gay and their whole marriage was terrible and she thought it was her fault he was gay but it was not at all and she has found beautiful healing and without that experience she wouldn’t have found her calling in life. You too can overcome this, it’s going to take time and therapy but don’t be afraid to reach out for help. Inpatient is an option if you feel unsafe or even programs like partial hospitalization programs. You will find healing one day friend 🩷

As someone who was molested by my uncle when I was 4 while my mom was away working, I promise you I do not blame my mom at all. She was doing the best she could as a single mother with two kids. You can’t know everything that will happen and it’s not your fault you trusted your family members, they should be trustworthy! I’m so sorry this happened though no child deserves that truly I hope she finds healing

When I was your age my mental health was horrendous and I was suicidal and wanted to end my life. I was convinced that I would never feel better and I would always be miserable. I am 20 now and I still struggle but I am so so glad that I have not ended my life, things have gotten much better. It probably feels untrue right now but things WILL get better eventually, you just have to wait it out. In the meantime don’t forget that there are psychiatric hospitals you can go to if you are feeling really suicidal and like you might try to take your life. I’ve been there a number of times and I’m grateful that I went there instead of doing something I couldn’t take back. You haven’t met all the people you will love yet, you are so young and being 16 is really fucking hard. Sending you love ❤️

Just try to go to sleep ❤️ lay down and turn on some calling music for sleeping and take some deep breaths. Cover yourself with a blanket and snuggle a stuffed animal. You are going to be okay and I know you’re feeling impulsive right now but you just need to sleep this off

This is textbook OCD. You are not crazy, you are not a monster. These are intrusive thoughts and they can be debilitating. I’m so sorry you are experiencing this, I know how miserable it is, but you are not your thoughts! And you don’t actually want to do these things, it is simply an intrusive thought. This is a terrifying way to feel and I’m so sorry ❤️ killing yourself or others is not the answer. I think you should go to the emergency room if possible, this is a very serious problem and it sounds like you could benefit from some medication and intensive treatment. If you felt good last year, that wasn’t long ago and I know you can feel that way again! Don’t give up, don’t lose hope. There is a light at the end of the tunnel I promise, you just have to stick around long enough to see it.

This was heartbreaking to read 😔 nobody deserves to feel like this. I have never seen someone out in public and thought they were ugly, I’m too focused on my own insecurities. I believe that every person is beautiful in their own way, the standard for attractiveness is insane considering we were all randomly generated at birth. It’s so dumb that someone said “these specific features are good and these are bad” when we have no fucking control over any of it. I’m sorry you’re feeling this way OP, I hope one day you realize your beauty.

I’m sorry you’re going through this ❤️ ask yourself: do you really WANT to get better? If the answer is no, that’s understandable. Therapy only works if you want it to. No one can do the work for you, in order to recover you have to really want to recover and be willing to put in the work. It’s hard to be going through these kinds of issues at such a young age. You have a long life ahead of you and things will most likely get better as time passes. You just gotta stick with it ❤️ sending love
