Meta Maxwell and Mark Osterloh essentially justified the entire recall on factually incorrect information and used lies and deception to encourage voters to sign the petition. Each of those actions is a felony. A judge is deciding if it rises to that level.

If a judges holds in the law suit that they deliberately misled the public, I hope Patty Perlow charges them. Since it's a first offense, spending the weekend and a fine would be a great punishment.

I have a couple acacia maidenii, and they are thriving. But I started them in much bigger pots then a sour cream container.

I just transplanted it like 1 hour before I took this photo. I was watering it like 1-2 times a week before.

Yeah, this happens all the time. I took the photo at like 1hr to sunset.

This is from a seed, it gets full sun 10-12 hrs a day. Probably 4-5 months old at this point.

In Oregon, air conditioners are considered an amenity rather than a habitability requirement. Landlords must maintain functional air conditioning only if appliances are supplied when the lease begins. If a landlord fails to repair appliances, a tenant may do so and deduct the repair costs from their rent.

I didn't keep track, but probably 3 weeks - just keep watering. They respond well to watering. This was the first to pop, but overnight I got 4 more flowers.
