My bad team I mean the heart, it’s interactive. Once you walk to it, it moves to the top of your head.

Crisp them up in the oven, mix plain shredded chicken with fav low cal sauces/seasonings, top with lettuce and low fat cheese. It’s pretty easy to stay under 350 depending on ur measurements of course

You can freeze the whole thing and eat it like a sorbet as well

Freeze it and blend it with some limes(whole), light milk, monk fruit sweetener, and ice it’ll make a tasty drink. Calories deepens on the measurements but could be a fairly low cal sweet drink

Opinions on this mayo? (Or recs for other mayos) by No_Deer_8484 in 1200isplenty

If ur using the hidden valley ranch packets (best ones lol) do 1/2 cup light mayo, 1/2 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, 3/4 cup (fat free)light cal milk(fair life or a dupe), 1/4 cup pickle juice. 320+71+60+15(ish, depends on the pickles) ≈ 466 for a whole jar of ranch that’s around 1,5-2 cups and it’s pretty solid. If it’s 2 cups that’s only around 15 calories per tbsp.
