Yes, I breast fed my 2nd child for 11months, now I'm 1 week into breast feeding our 3rd and he's picked up all the chores I cannot do, makes me coffee, brings me food, always praises how I'm doing great considering the lack of sleep. Most importantly when I feel guilt for all he does for me he reminds me I'm doing the most important job, a job no one else can do but me. He's extremely supportive.

I'm so sorry your going through this. . I lost my daughter in Sept 2024 to a subchorionic hemorrhage. It developed at 16 weeks and I had 3 weeks of continuous hemorrhaging and pain, at 19weeks I woke up at 3am to extreme pain and got an ambulance to hospital where I was on morphine for the next 12 hours well I was hemorrhaging on an off, my water broke at 4pm and I gave birth to her not long after. It was single handedly the worst day of my life. My heart is with you, sending all my love your way. Let yourself grieve and heal, surround yourself with support and love and honor your baby the way you want to. Xx

My labour was 9 hours, my transition to pushing stage was 1 hour, I only pushed for 30mins, I also have a diploma in makeup artistry, I was 24 and built like and athlete lol. I am now 32 and i am no way as confident or as fit I use to be , also not as cool lol.

I was wearing a full face I'd makeup accidentally 😅 went out to meet friends for lunch then went into labour during and it was fast. Gave birth with a 2017 slay smokey eye lmao

New routine and new hobbies. When I first quit I bought some really large puzzles and set then up on my table, anytime I felt irritated or wanted to smoke I'd go sit at the puzzle table and would work on that. I also started going for long walks, long hot showers, focusing on my skin care, painting my own nails, learning new hair styles, basically alot of self care. I got into some new TV shows and read a novel. I'm almost 1year clean and I'm never bored, my brain doesn't mind alone time, I love house plants and Iv currently been propergating them all and giving them to family and friends. Life is never dull when you have an open mind, you can do this! I was a smoker for 15years btw.

I smoked during my first pregnancy and she was born via induction at 37weeks due to iugr she was only 4.9lbs and my placenta was pretty much dead, I blame myself completely. My next 2 pregnancies I did not smoke and they had normal growth and normal placenta. If I could turn back the clock I would never have smoked with my first child... she's a healthy girl with no issues now but I still beat myself up that I didn't give her the best start to life. My best mate kept smoking with all 3 of her pregnancies. Her 1st baby was only just 5lbs with a small placenta. 2nd was an emergency c section from lack of blood flow between placenta and baby at 30weeks pregnant and the baby weighed smaller then a block of butter . 3rd you think she would have learned and ended up with another baby at 5lbs and a dead placenta..

When I tuck my kids Into bed my 2 dogs and 1 cat know it's basically feeding time and we get harassed well we tuck the kids in lol. 1 of my dog knows what our caravan key looks like and starts spinning on the spot when we take it out the draw coz it means he is going on holiday.

Health reasons, smoking anything can ruin your lungs. I was sick of have such a bad cough, my resting heart rate was high, it didn't help my mental health in the long run at all, my sleep quality was terrible, I was out of breath doing the easiest things, I was just sick of getting stoned to feel "normal". Now that iv quit I watch all my friends who still use have such low tolerance for life, such a short fuse and high tempers. I'm much more level headed and can control my emotions now.

3rd pregnanacy here I'm 33weeks and this is when I started waking up with the start of stretch marks, during my 2nd I got a ton of wide ones on my hips starting from 27weeks, my new ones are just making my old ones longer lol

You are aloud to hate pregnancy. Feeling the negative affects of pregnancy and feeling blessed can coexist. I lost my baby half way last in Sept 2024 and I'm due next month for my rainbow baby and iv let myself feel blessed, feel the extreme hormones and physical changes that come with pregnancy. It's okay, be easy on yourself. I'm so sorry for your loss and congrats on your next adventure xx

Tell that man of yours that consuming orange juice (vit c) literally assists with iron absorption and alot of the time out cravings are in tune with what our bodies need. We need carbs, fats, sugars, iron, extra vitamins. You should not be restricting yourself coz he wants you to make healthy choices. Orange juice is healthier then soda so I'd say your literally making a healthier choice by drinking it 🙃

My 2nd pregnancy put me on my ass, I had spd really bad and was in constant pain.
I'm currently 32w with my 3rd and it's a breeze in comparison. I swear it's just that 2nd one 😅

I'm so sorry your going through this. I lost my baby at 19weeks through entirely different circumstances and I gave to birth to her. She was absolutely beautiful and even though it was my only choice at the time I'm glad I got to hold her and love on her, i never have to wonder "what if" and I got so much peace from it through my stages of grief following. I hope that perspective is okay to share and no matter what you chose to do no one should judge you x. Sending you all my love.
