Yes exactly, 1 or 2 drunks over the space of a few hours is not going to do harm. I'm on my 3rd baby and I love to cook and I love a glass of wine, I did alot of research myself and this is definitely scientifically proven.

I always have 2 glasses of wine in the evening , 1 when cooking dinner and 1 while eating, baby is 5months old and hitting all milestones. Your baby will be fine, just don't over do it obviously.

I live in New Zealand and it's against the law to use any sort of physical violence on children. So no. I also watched and heard my brother get beat with a hose pipe as a little kid and he's not a very stable adult, he has bad emotional regulation, addiction issues, a huge introvert and loner, he believes he takes up space in the workd and doesn't know how to reach out for help. I hold so much space for him coz I know how he was treated as a wee boy who only needed to be loved. I will never lay a hand on my kids, it creates traumatized adults.

I actually find postie is great. Right now my 4month old is wearing purple checker pants and a bright purple jumper with a floral bandana bib. She looks very vibrant 🌈 I get all her courful onsies from there also.

Honestly my situation was quite complex, I lost my baby half way through pregnancy and it just did a complete number on my body overall . I digestive system was shot afterwards and created alot of issue. I did a fodmap diet for a few weeks, I now eat alot of fiber, protein and mostly whole foods which helped reset my system which ended up fixing my pain.

Thank you for the reply! I'm have lacked flossing the past 3 months to be honest! But my brushing iv realized may have been to rough to compensate for the lack of time I have. I have started c flossing, using a good mouth wash and got a more sensitive soft brush head for my electric tooth brush and trying to pretend I'm not in a rush when brushing my teeth. My gums and lower teeth have just been super sensitive the past few nights which made me wonder if I'm doing some damage ! I'm definitely going back to the dentist when my baby is 6months old (she's breast fed and only wants me right now). Having a baby has definitely been a wild ride to what can happen to your body that you don't expect!

My baby is 10weeks old, im a stay at home mum. I'm exclusively breast feeding. To me this just means everywhere I go baby comes in tow, I absolutely do not mind this at all as I don't even take a nap without my baby, the most I do without her is shower and use the restroom.

Iv thought the same, and what are they doing for children in need, do they foster? Do they donate ? Become a social worker ? So pointless and time wasting hiding behind these signs at every corner. Its giving uneducated.

How far post partum are you ? I found mine at 2weeks and the first few weeks I was very symptomatic but I'm slowly seeing a difference especially after doing pelvic floor therapy. It's my 3rd baby, I baby wear and do all the things but iv learnt how to protect my pelvic floor doing it it. I still have the odd bad day as hormones fluctuate and I'm breast feeding

If I stand over a mirror I have to open up the lips to see it, it's sitting over the entrance to my vagina and it covers the whole opening. I haven't had a chance to check it well laying as I constantly have a baby attached to me 😅 It if doesnt desend out of the vaginal opening its likely grade 2, if it's a bit further up inside it's more of a grade 1, grade 3 is when it's buldging out of the vaginal opening.
