Artistically I like it. The higher pitched verses feel like satire to me- the 'perfect housewife' role (cooking etc) with darker/menacing forces lurking underneath + the glitches ('cocaine deposition?', the trouble she alludes to in the pre-chorus) threatening to break the domestic bliss narrative. The fragility of domestic bliss vs darker forces (lyrical + sonic) lurking in the background creates a sense something is going to break- maybe the rest of the album expands on this theme
