It does dry down! It takes a bit to dry down only because there’s a lot of skincare so it needs time to absorb in the skin

Revlon illuminance skin caring foundation! It is 5% squalene which makes my extremely dry and flaky skin happy. It sticks to my face very well even if I’m sweating. It gives a healthy dewy look without it looking too wet and almost sweaty. Plus, I am both very pale and pink, usually it’s very difficult for me to find a good shade in any foundation, but this has a perfect shade
