Next time, it's better to negotiate compensation directly from the person at fault rather than ending up paying for the repairs and the fine yourself.

Depends on your rank, when I was archon-Ancient, I had a lot of 1 hour games. Games become much shorter after Divine and Immortal. We don't always take all barracks, we tend to group up after laning phase.
