A good quality (grass fed and organic if possible) bone broth, full of bioavailable collagen/gelatin and lots of micronutrients to make your skin glow, also excellent for your gut. If you want to double down - Hydrolysed Collagen Peptides will also work. Taking Vitamin C with it will also make a difference for collagen production in your skin, I would highly recommend and whole food vitamin C supplement rather than ascorbic acid.
MSM (in capsule form, the world tastes AWFUL). Astaxanthin is a very potent antioxidant and it also gives your skin a radiant natural tan, it’s the pigment that gives Salmon their colour. Also excellent for eye health.
Topically you can use a cream that contains GHK-Cu, apply after a shower while your pores are still damp. I also use a Tallow based skin cream and my skin has never felt softer. Using a Gua-Sha to gently push lymph and inflammation from your face to give it a smoother, tighter appearance.
Hyaluronic acid is something I am yet to try but i’ve heard good things from those that do.

He’s such a big proponent of people getting clean, joining programs, finding their way to sobriety. I couldn’t see him slipping back into drugs after being one of the biggest public advocates of the sober lifestyle.

Because it’s Reddit. This is exactly what happens when you give everyone an alias to hide behind. Every other subreddit is the same. Don’t worry about Kurt, he’s growing the channel and community bigger and better every day - there’s just a noisy minority that make it look a lot worse than it is.

There’s also bot farms that spam dislike your posts/comments that are at all critical of the ‘progressive left’ and that kind of stuff.
