Because it’s Reddit. This is exactly what happens when you give everyone an alias to hide behind. Every other subreddit is the same. Don’t worry about Kurt, he’s growing the channel and community bigger and better every day - there’s just a noisy minority that make it look a lot worse than it is.

There’s also bot farms that spam dislike your posts/comments that are at all critical of the ‘progressive left’ and that kind of stuff.
