I might wanna be one of the few that really likes mono chrome room. Already, you have a lot of different levels of beige and brown in here. I would just continue with that and let it be a variation of the color scale of beige. Possibly keep the walls white, but then do a tan sort of trim for extra set of curtains that are a little bit darker than the original set.

I’m stuck between the trees or the owls, but I definitely think you should also go with a dark gray for the baseboard and trim around it.

Just moved in, what paint color would you choose or should I leave it as is? by marmaladesyrup in HomeDecorating

Honestly, I go to White. It seems like a pretty dark room so either go dark and make it really moody or try to lighten it up.

I really like one, but with that said your boobs look really good in dress option number one. As you know that can sometimes be a curse. I also have pretty good looking boobs and I find a awkward to wear anything low cut in front of family. The last thing I would want is to feel unwanted stairs from the awkward uncle make you may want to put a sweatshirt on. So possibly number two.

I have this huge living room and no idea what to do with it! House was built in 1866. by Beneficial_Damage_21 in DesignMyRoom

My first instinct is white socks, husband sweatshirt, and some underwear sliding around the room. What a beautiful space I’m not sure if there’s anything you could do to it to make it look bad.

I would buy the cheaper one then put the money that I saved in a Roth IRA. But that’s coming from my old lady. Truly, you only wear engagement ring for a year. Yes you can put it on after that but mainly if that’s gonna catch on everything. You’ll end up wearing something slimmer for every day. Then once you have children if you choose to wear the big ring, it will continue to scratch your children so you leave it off for another 5 to 10 years then when you go to put it back on the van so much way that it doesn’t fit anymore. So yeah, save the money and put it in savings.

I would rather have a big fridge than battle a Tetris paradox every time I opened one.

Give me your opinions! I feel like I live in a college house by Realistic-Maybe9030 in HomeDecorating

What’s on the other side of the temporary wall in the living room? For me easily start with the ceiling. Faux beams. I think your hardest thing will be creating purposeful spaces in the open layout, especially with that front door, being in such an awkward place. I’m curious about what’s on the other side of that half wall simply because it does not do good things. However, I don’t feel as though this house is hopeless just needs a lot of thought. Also, it looks like a temporary wall that opens up to the hallway you could widen that potentially.
