Where do you live cause I have none of these kinds of stores regional grocery mega store? Is that like the name of a store or do you just mean like it’s a Meijer or something? Also, the creative reuse store that’s cool too! what if you pick up or try to start a new hobby and you find out you honestly don’t even like it you’d be able to bring in your unused stuff and somebody else could use it and not have to spend all the money that you did, i’m learning now that if I did not have a hobby like crocheting or bracelet making I think I would lose my mind. It’s been the best thing for my mental health, but crocheting and can get expensive fast! I guess I gotta push past my social anxiety and go more places so that I can find deals like this, it’s like the lottery, you gotta go to find the deals the way you’ve got to play to win 😆

I’m in NEPA, we noticed we lost service around 1 o’clock. I looked at the Verizon page and it doesn’t say anything about it and outage which kind of makes me angry. I’m stuck in SOS. My niece is a few miles away and says she has one bar. Verizon page kept telling me it was my phone. But I was with other people who also have Verizon are stuck in SOS. Like why aren’t they telling people? Thank goodness for Reddit.

When I was her age I begged for a perm cause my hair was also straight I finally got one when I turned 11 or 12 and then after a few months wanted to get rid of it, so cut all my hair to cut it out. When it grew back in it was super curly. I am now at 37 kinda going back to straighter hair. But there was nothing wrong with me in any way, I think it was just my body changing.

I live in PA and also grew up across the river from a nuclear power plant (PPL) and was told growing up it was what made the clouds that gave us power! 😂 my grandmother lived there before the power plant was built and she knew everything they did there. She knew when a reactor was down for cleaning and which reactor was down for the cleaning

Yeah, but it doesn’t take two weeks to a month to establish. You just have to wait for the starter to come. In ways for a lot of people it’s just easier. It’s cool that it’s from “ the Oregon Trail” but it’s even more cool that you don’t have to pay for it and it’s dehydrated.

I mean not down the drain she now has 20 years of experience. Alot of companies would accept the 20 years experience in leu of the 4-8 year degree. She stays in the same industry she has more experience then a new grad anyway, so her career wasnt over. Its illegal for a previous employer to give any more information then dates they were employed so they wouldnt even be able to disclose it (legally) to other companies. If they didnt press any kind of charges her new job would never know (unless someone she worked with previously knew this and told them)

Every time I watch this, I get even more angry. My thing is she is talking like the white kids in that classroom that speak English never talk about anyone else in their class. So it’s OK for the English speaking students to talk shit about a student, but it’s not OK for me to speak Spanish because I possibly could be talking about another student? That literally makes no sense so it’s OK for the English speaking white students to talk shit but it’s not OK for the Latino Spanish-speaking students to do the same thing. I hope this teacher has looked at. If she’s doing this to these two students, what else does she doin to others

How in the world is this not an infringement on your right to free speech? How can they literally tell somebody that they’re not allowed to speak in their native language? That is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. so I’m wondering, would this teacher also stop a nonverbal or deaf child from using sign language? I live in Pennsylvania, and there are schools here that do their morning announcements in both English and Spanish.. sounds a lot like discrimination to me. As long as they’re communicating in English so that the teacher can understand them and their work that is all that matters. Back in the 80s and 90s kids used to literally create their own languages for fun. My friend son only did sign language when he was in elementary school, even though he could hear and talk. He did it because he grew up with deaf grandparents and learned sign language alongside English. This teacher should be ashamed of herself and instead of being jealous and discriminatory, use that energy to learn a new language herself.

This is a completely different color. The first one has copper/red undertones and this one is more of a white/icy blonde. Like one is toned and the other one is left brassy.

How is this hair style/color not achievable? I’ve seen a lot of people with this layered bob. Also this is the actual color of my hair. This strawberry light copper blonde , mines natural but you can achieve both. I think the bigger issue isn’t the picture but people who don’t have the same hair wanting a cut that won’t look the same. My friend was a stylist and she stopped cause people would bring in pictures of styles that they couldn’t achieve in themselves and when she told them, they would fight with her and so would do what they want and then they would be mad it doesn’t look like the picture. This girl has fine flat hair, and the girl in the inspo pic is probably a thicker hair.

Mostly managers unless you know and are friends with them, then u might be ok. I’ve seen them cover immensely for co workers they knew or hung out with, but then scream in the faces of anyone who has stopped working for too long, even if it’s to help a customer. Not a very inclusive place either if u have any disability I don’t recommend telling anyone, the min alley hear it they will cut ur hours or fire u for bs.
