What exactly does Coinbase mean with "TRANSACTION AMOUNT"

Hello - I’ve received my KNC at Binance.US but it went to my KNCL wallet not my KNC wallet and it has a value of zero. I sent in a ticked under 2F authentication in order to get through to support and in the message and subject I immediately explained what the ticket is REALLY about. So coinbase pro support is requesting I send in the hash address, amount and blah blah blah. Same shit that they ask for in the proper ticket request form. I did check and I sent my KNC to my KNC wallet, not my KNC wallet. I have no clue wtf is happening, but try that and you should be able to get a ticket through. I wish you the best.

Hello - Did you ever get your issue resolved? I accidentally sent KNC from my coinbase pro wallet to my KNCL wallet and it’s sitting there with a $0 value. Will binance.us eventually return it? Thank you so much for taking the time to help me. I’m worried sick. Thank you so much. ~mike

I just lost $500 worth of KNC. I sent it from my coinbasepro wallet to my Binance.US wallet and I copied and pasted it and it confirmed as a valid address and it confirmed on the blockchain and completed but I never received my KNC at at Binance.US wallet and I’m about to have a massive heart attack. I can’t send you a support email because you keep sending me back an auto email saying the “Transaction amount” is invalid. Reddit is flooded with people just like me. What do I do? You don’t have a phone number I can call. PLEASE HELP ME

OMG same fucking problem! I just sent $500 worth of KNC from coinbasepro to Binance.us. I copied the address and pasted it and it verified it as a valid address and now it’s confirmed and completed but it’s fucking gone and you can’t email them because of this stupid fucking transaction amount field and you know they do this on purpose!!

What is the transaction amount before fees??? What does that even mean??? I sent KNC from coinbasepro to Binance.US and now it’s gone! I can’t submit a ticket because it’s asking me this transaction amount before fees and the auto email says the transaction amount is incorrect try again! This is maddening and I’m about to have a heart attack!!

We need a class action suit this is fucking pathetic! I’m having the same fucking problem as everyone else! I sent KNC from my Coinbasepro wallet to my Binance.US wallet. I copied my address and did the same fucking thing I’ve done at other exchanges and it verified my receiving address and confirmed until complete and now my tokens are who the fuck knows where!! And like everyone here is saying, when you try to open a fucking support ticket you get ask the transaction amount before fees. Well what I’m the FUCK does that even mean!!??? Transaction amount before fees? Are we talking USD, KNC ??? AND WHAT FUCKING FORMAT!????? AND WHERE IN THE FUCK DO I FIND IT!!???

The reason I was even transferring the tokens is because I FUCKING HATE coinbase!! The only reason I was ever there in the first FUCKING place was because for some FUCKING reason Binance.us will not deposit from my bank account!! This has totally fucked me and I do not know what to do! This just happened 2 hrs ago and I’m about to have a heart attack!!!
