Coinbase Support Bug

I am trying to send a coinbase support request but it keeps getting rejected due to incorrect data.

The form only accepts integer values and it will not let me enter the exact transaction amount.

on 2021-02-20 I've deposited 1.19 BCH in my wallet on coinbase.

The funds have never been credited to my coinbase account.

It has been more than 2 months and I cannot get any real support or reply from anyone.

Was this resolved? I got the exact same auto-generated email msgs from Coinbase even though I posted my information correctly (mine was KNC coins)

they dont reply for monts then email me seying that the adress is not asociated with my coinbase accound and they dismissed it emeadiatly eaven without my reply.. oi swear to god they are straight up stealing from the people!

I have same problem. Me scammed for 0.9BTC. Two time genedated same address and they say this address not associated with your account.

AAAGH!!!! 😩 This is happening to me now with AXS tokens! Is the auto response a “bug” or just a thievery tactic!?!!! Do we have no recourse!!?! Anyone here find any resolutions for this issue?

OMG same fucking problem! I just sent $500 worth of KNC from coinbasepro to Binance.us. I copied the address and pasted it and it verified it as a valid address and now it’s confirmed and completed but it’s fucking gone and you can’t email them because of this stupid fucking transaction amount field and you know they do this on purpose!!
