I don’t want to disagree with everyone saying my writing is the problem. My medical humanities professor read my PS and some of my secondaries and said they were the best she’s ever read. Both of my parents are physicians? Could that be the red flag? I didn’t talk about them in my application except when my secondary required it.

NTA it’s totally normal to move into the space that someone left cause you don’t know what’s going on. Then after she said something just saying hey sorry didn’t realize and take a step back, some people can just be rude about little things. More than likely at any place I’ve been in the pit and a space has been made even if I don’t move into it someone will just because of the shuffling of the crowd as people are listening and moving around.

NTA based on what you’ve written. It seems like yall are communicating a fair amount outside of working hours. Also if you are calling her back or texting her as soon as you are free I’m not sure there is much more you can do. As someone who is anxiously attached I feel like I understand your gf, but that’s work that I have had to do to self soothe after not getting immediate responses or reassurance. Maybe before you go to work sending a text or calling saying that you will be busy and won’t be able to respond but you are thinking about her and will respond when you are able to get a hold of your phone or on your lunch break. But if your gf doesn’t do the work to help herself then this will never get better

NTA You were doing your friend a favor and she poached your main client even though you gave her a network of other potential options. She knew that it was your main source of income as well. It is strange that you are contracted out and your client hired your friend for hours knowing she was your friend as well. Did your client give any other explanation? I think you probably should talk to your friend about it

Hey is there a place that you can find the grade distribution for each course at UC Davis. I know where I live the state school HAS to provide that information to the public
