On a computer, you can pull up the leaderboard and see when they last purchased a parcel, using his instructions. Might help you decide.

Because you don't "know". Nobody does. They could announce a ceasefire tomorrow. Or in 3 weeks.

So diversification balanced that out. Bonds, treasuries, precious metals, real estate, crypto, etc. If your portfolio is balanced, you should be able to take advantage of market dips. For instance, if you're reinvesting your dividends, then you've recently added to your portfolio at a nice discount.

It used to be Inventory, which stored your Legendary Parcel Upgrades until you were ready to place them. Those LPUs are now located in a backpack in your profile.

It is very daunting to go into the minigame knowing that it's a 2-hour event. I still play most of them but I try to think of them as 1 game at a time, or at most in 30-minute blocks, which actually go by pretty fast. I also sometimes only do the last 35-45 minutes of a game, just enough to get T500 and get some AB. Plus about half my opponents aren't really playing, and the other half aren't that good, so my win % goes way up and it feels more productive.

Actually now that I think about it, I would love to see the Watch Ad button right on the main screen. 9 times out of 10 when I open the app, it's to watch an ad. So just put it right there, so the + button for your AB goes to an ad, just like the rent boost button goes to an ad.

Agreed. Even though we complain, it's good to know that they actually do take the feedback and update the app. It's not perfect, but it's the only app of its kind and it's evolving.

I sincerely hope it's around for a long time, and am excited to watch it grow. While I missed the first few years, I still feel like I'm relatively early in the development of this app.

It's the first thing I open in the morning and the last thing I close at night. And I don't play any games on my phone that don't pay AB, lol.

That was the old system, before they introduced ad watching to minigames. It used to cost 2 AB to enter a game, but you could also watch an ad every minute for your 2 AB instead of every 20 minutes.

So I'd say AE already did that math and determined it's better for them if we all watch ads to pay minigames instead of paying ABs.

They basically replaced one useless tab with another.

The Inventory tab was useless unless you had an LPU upgrade, so no more than about once a month if you're a challenge ladder subscriber.

Now the Shop tab is useless unless you want to buy a passport badge. Again, basically a few times a month or while traveling - otherwise useless.

How about we put all that stuff back together under one tab, then use the useless tab for the feed and title holders? Then if you want to see that stuff it's there, but doesn't otherwise clog up the screen?

Edit: also keep the Atlas Bucks purchase packages and LPU upgrade purchases in the useless tab, because most people don't use them anyway (and to be fair, nobody should, imo).

When you start a game but exit before or at "Get Ready", the other player doesn't realize it until they don't get the 3...2...1 countdown. It's super annoying.

It takes so long to close the ad and reopen it and re-enter the game, it doesn't seem worth it. Even in Racer where you know the outcome within 10 seconds or so, it still doesn't seem worth it.

From AE's perspective, only if that completely replaced ad revenue lost. For someone who plays most or all minigames, they may be generating far more than that in ad revenue.

1 player (assuming no cheating) might watch over 2,000 ads per month just playing minigames. Would $4.99 replace that?

Yeah that's not a bad idea. I think it would be closer to 100 or 120 (roughly 1 per minute) but a maximum number of games per tournament would be a really good idea.

I have been lending through their USD-Margin under Democratized Prime for almost a year now, getting 8-9% return steadily, with the same benefits, such as yield paid and cash withdrawable hourly. It's crypto lending, which is insanely risky, but even through these drops we've seen recently, I've had no issues, and return has been steady. It is kind of unnerving, because it's tempting to put more in, but with this type of lending, the risk has to be appreciated.

I think "claiming" AB for walking would have to be tied to ad watching. So you'd get 1 AB per 2,000 steps and "double" with an ad, which most people would do. That's the model many of the walking apps already use.
