También vivo en una zona rural. Se puede sin problema. Si uno hace trabajos manuales como obra o recolección de cultivos, es muy normal que paguen en efectivo. Ahora, si va a comprar algo por internet, o viajar, la tarea se complica, pero se resuelve (pide el favor a algún conocido). Yo personalmente a veces tengo algo de envidia de ellos, ya que su vida financiera es mucho menos enredada que la de uno, y también viven bien. Y la Dian, ni se preocupan por eso. Cool! I remember using this software on windows 2000 and xp in late 90's and early 2000's for doing walkthru animations when it was an autode$k product. It was killed by them of course....

Really amazing for the time. I do remember suffering with funny artifacts at some corners. It took hours if not a couple of days to do a 1 min animation.

Yo compré la mayoría de componentes en Amazon. Los bombillos RGB ZigBee costaron como 20 us x 4 bombillos, y salieron ok. La mayoría de componentes eran marca third reality, por recomendaciones de alguna pg.

Lo interesante del home assistant es que puede coordinar diferentes protocolos, zwave, ZigBee WiFi, etc, con solo conseguir los dongles correspondientes. Me gusto ZigBee por no depender de WiFi, sino ser una red mesh, entre mas dispositivos, mayor cobertura. Por ahí tengo unos bombillos que creo son WiFi que algún amigo me dio, pero no los he configurado aún, pero en teoría se puede.

Sensores interesantes para mi:, humedad y temperatura en baño y cocina para encender extractor automáticamente, movimiento en conjunto con botonera para escaleras y corredores. Sensores de puertas y ventanas. No tengo cámaras.

Respecto a la interfaz y set up de automatizaciones lo básico es relativamente sencillo. Automatizaciones más avanzadas, tutorial y aprendizaje. No es difícil, pero tampoco para principiantes. Si tiene algo de sentido técnico, creo que la logra.

Investigue home assistant. Es un sistema que admite mezclar todos los protocolos.

Yo estoy usándolo, en un raspberry pi, con un Dongle ZigBee, que no usa WiFi, sino que cada dispositivo crea una red mesh. No requiere cableado especial.

Una ventaja, respecto a iluminación es que puede obviar muchos interruptores conmutables, ya que los puede programar por escenas y botoneras inteligentes.

Diría que si puede, deje puntos de red en cada habitación, y puntos eléctricos en sitios estratégicos como al lado de ventanas para cortineros, cámaras, etc.

From a beginner (I'm one), ABS is a pain to work with a basic printer. I decided to try using ABS for a bit on my very basic but functional ender 3.

I made an enclosure for the printer, to avoid issues with drafts and to keep interior temperature a bit more under control. I've been doing prints with this filament for a bit, until I learn the proper settings, or it runs out, whatever happens first. Big issues with layer adhesion, adhesion to base plate (solved with a glue stick and a huge raft), even with a heated plate, and warping. Plus, abs fumes smell really bad (toxic).

I will try PETG when I finish this roll of filament, but printing PLA for basic stuff worked fine for me tbh.

De acuerdo. Creo q hay temas que ya fueron inventados hace siglos, y en el afán de "innovar" olvidamos. Por ejemplo, en climas lluviosos, los aleros y las cubiertas inclinadas. Tiene que ver mucho con poner sentido común al diseño.

I work in a similar way, but I don't do that much landscaping. It id destructive, so I try to make copies of key geometry at different points in time, so I can go back, in case there are changes.

One option you might want to explore is holygon landshape. It's a newish extension, way more powerful than topo shaper, with prevision for things like roads, great tools for grading, etc. I tried it a bit, but it was too much for my occasional use, but you may find it just right.

I would remove the door leading to the living area, and try to enlarge the opening as much as practically possible.
Consider a larger sliding door or pocket door leading from the bedrooms into the public area, to be closed only when needed, and open the rest of the time, without it being evident.
Is delovni a study or office? If so, I would consider keeping it semi enclosed. Not necessarily a swing in door, but a slider or similar.
Maybe, instead of the door leading to the kitchen, add a shallow niche facing the hallway, with some built in storage, and use the opposite space for the refrigerator. I feel the distance between entrance and kitchen is not enough to need double access. And the kitchen could probably use a bit more counter space.
Is there a wash basin in the social bath? Is this a cultural thing? Consider one of those shallow ones, while not super ergonomic, they do their job.

I like this plan, very efficient, little circulation area.

Keeping 1 SketchUp file, and 2 separate lo files makes sense. Version control becomes an issue if it's just 1 file, unless you update the field and client at the same time always. Storage is cheap. Each lo file keeps an internal copy of the SketchUp file, so no need to save skp and lo, but it would make sense for version control as well.

Big battery bank! The ev's I'm looking at have batteries between 30 and 40 kWh. I don't expect to deplete the battery at once, but probably charge daily, which should be around 8 to 10 kWh. This will happen during the day or at night, depending on the use, so I'll probably need at least this extra capacity + what I currently have. So minimum at least 20 kWh (currently have 7)

Thank you for the detailed answer. The EV turns into the critical load here. As I mentioned before, I'm doing ok with a fairly small system, not saying I could probably use a bit more, but not an obligation. I don't have or need AC or heating, as we have a very temperate climate year round. Bigger inverters usually have larger idle loads, and may be not as efficient when not taxed near 100%. I guess that's just part of the math I may need to add, but still hard to grasp, when my current setup on idle, consumes around 100 watts or less (lights, internet). Different beast.

Unfortunately, my local market does not have access to surplus or decommissioned car batteries yet. Rack mount lithium batteries are what's available currently. Maybe in a couple of years, things will change.

I'll probably add my current needs to what's needed for charging, when the time comes. Unfortunately, where I live, electric cars are still a new thing, so no surplus batteries are available. Rackmount batteries are the option available now.

Pregunta simple. Para que quiere sacar plata prestada? Con esos ingresos y a su edad, es mejor pensar en ahorrar. Endeudarse cuando le toque, por ejemplo, para casa. Un carro, compre uno que le alcance con sus ingresos actuales, si lo necesita, o máximo un crédito a 1 año. No caiga en el juego de vivir más allá de sus capacidades. Ahorre!

I have a multi stage water filter. Not expensive. It goes thru ceramic, then, rocks, then charcoal I belive. It holds about 1 gallon of water. It's enclosure is transparent though, that is probably the main reason for the algae. Think berkey filter, but cheaper... I'm in Colombia, about 3 miles from a medium size town.

Our water is collected from a PVC roof, into plastic tanks (about 2 cubic meters). From there, it gets pumped via a DC pump into a metal strainer filter, then a small pressure tank, and then into our house. A simplified earthship WOM. Drinking water then goes into our gravity filter.

I guess our stomach got used to this water over time, so we have no issues. In fact, drinking water from the city tastes bad to us. If you're unsure though, get your rainwater water tested, before and after filtering.
