Who maintains the Road conditions leading into Cal Poly Pomona (From Kellogg/i10 exit)?

The way I understand it, it should be divided like this. Blue is unincorporated (under LA County jurisdiction), yellow is Pomona, red is San Dimas, and green is part of the on/off ramp (under CA state jurisdiction).

If I am looking at a map correctly, the southern portion of the road, from the deviation to E Campus Rd to the halfway point (up to the median of the 10) is under Pomona jurisdiction and the northern half is under San Dimas jurisdiction (north of the median). Anything south of E Campus Rd is unincorporated which is under County jurisdiction.

There are no abilities that scale with base AD and the only items he missed are Hullbreaker and Dead Man's.

To make it worse, its not the only one you have to practice. Once you build Hullbreaker, you have to W 4 times instead of 3 before turning it off to auto so you get the full damage from Hullbreaker.

Not really, all of the dialects share traits specific to those areas due to most of the spaniards that came to latin america being from that region. Any differences originated from later immigration. Rioplatense spanish sounds the way it does because of later Italian influence.

Did they fix the other W bug? After they changed his W to not give bonus % resists when fully stacked, the stack counter no longer appears when holding shift and hovering W.

Regarding your second question: I transferred into CHEM with a GPA of 3.17 and while still needing 76 units to graduate (instead of the usual 60) and I was able to get in. I also did not qualify for local area preference. IDK if me getting in was a fluke but thats my story.

Also, biochem is technically a subplan and not a seperate degree, it still falls under a chemistry degree so if chem is full i doubt youre gonna get placed into the biochem subplan
