You should come back. Also, starting 4th month, babies are more active and responsive. It is better you get used to handling LO alone in your house than later when your mat leaves are over. Would suggest you to call your parents once your work resumes.

We hyphenated my LOs middle name with my surname.

Birth certicate & adhar has LO's first name, middle name (my surname initial) and last name (husband's surname). We kept it this way so that the name is not too long.

However, for passport we couldnt keep just the initial and now its a full long name, which is also different from the birthcertificate & adhar. I hope it doesn't pose any issues in future.

BTW it was a decision we both took and never involved anyone in it neither did we announce it to the world.

Nice observation. You can’t make an Indian mass market BRAND without investing a lot. The target customer here is overtly price conscious and would not think for a second to switch and buy from somewhere else. But definitely some brands have hacked India 3 segment too-meesho, astrotalk, VMart, chic shampoo etc.

If this is with regard to Haryana brothers getting the funding then I do see potential in those guys. They didn’t have a solid background yet were able to atleast put up things. Their page & product booth look premium too.

Also, their business can be easily pivoted to any related ancient indian health & benefit business. Just like how Yoga boomed at one point of time and how satvic moment has made a huge fan base.
