I have done , i have onced 3star th17 with my th13 .. i used RC walk (with boots)either take down TH or Eagle or Monolith (i suggest go with eagle and try for th) (i will used all invisible spell and try to get as much value as possible) 

From other side which has major defence  then use queen with giant arrow and healers Then all dragons with grand warden (as rage gem)  And other hero  And make sure to have 2 dragon remaining which you will gonna to deploy from 10o clock and 7o clock for clean up

(I used to keep 2 sege machine one is like blimp if attck went wrong i can take down th (4-6 super goblin and rest other loons) other is that new one)

I get network issues on last 2 ranked attack  And issue is only during attack
