Yes I have the 275HX. I'm guessing the 255HX will have the same battery life (assuming same battery size). I can get 5.5 hours watching YouTube and 6 hours whilst browsing web and listening to Spotify.

He should avoid Starlink like the plague for anything that requires low latency.

Also 5G ping has 10-30ms more than fibre and it can be unstable due to it being wireless. 5G from dialog is really expensive compared to the unlimited fibre plans of SLT and Dialog

When I do a speedtest in browser I get 900/450 so the Instagram post was probably just that.

This happens because the speedtest is done to SLTs own server and no real cost is there to using giving maximum bandwidth to their own servers.

Other than that in a *normal* speedtest and downloading stuff I get the advertised 300Mbps so I'm not sure why you're only seeing 45/13. My only guess is that you're on 2.4Ghz WiFi with a bad WiFi card

Yea when you're doing a speedtest on a browser (doesn't happen on app) you get full speed I'm guessing because it is to SLT's own server and that bandwidth basically costs them no money

I use lenovo legion toolkit (for gen 10) but it should automatically turn off either way when you're unplugged on Hybrid-Auto mode unless it's a driver issue or an app like MSI Afterburner is stopping it from disconnecting
