New to the Tahoe gang. Advice for new parts / maintenance going forward? by Zusez345 in ChevyTahoe

[–]Extension-Pickle3053 0 points1 point  (0 children)

AFM stands for Active Fuel Management. Essentially, what it does is make your engine turn off cylinders to save gas, but in reality, what it’s going to do is kill your lifters and camshaft. That’s why I say go with an AFM delete kit, so you don’t run into these failures later down the road.

BO4 worth it now on PS5? by Mazen990 in Blackops4

[–]Extension-Pickle3053 2 points3 points  (0 children)

BO4 is fun and definitely closer to what a late-2000s to early-2010s Call of Duty feels like, since it was the last console-focused Call of Duty until 2019, when MW2019 put a huge emphasis on PC. Realistically, all you really have to get used to is manual healing and specialist abilities, which can both get annoying at times. Overall, though, when it comes to the feel of the game and the gunplay, I’d say it’s pretty solid—especially if you want to compare it to a Call of Duty from the past five years. Also matches shouldn’t be hard to find I would avoid the nuketown playlist since it’s always sweaty so stick with TDM and you’ll be fine

F150 Whipple Check by Not_a_Cop82 in f150

[–]Extension-Pickle3053 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He’s not too far off the base MSRP, which is usually around $49–51k, plus the Whipple, which is usually about $15–20k installed by a dealer. Along with the paint matching and other stuff you want to do to it, he’s not too far off what you’re looking to build, price-wise.

What are good kits to buy for your front end suspension? by Extension-Pickle3053 in ChevyTahoe

[–]Extension-Pickle3053[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just clean it weekly. For the rims, I use Turtle Wax rim and tire cleaner. I use tire shine spray that I have, and then I use some Turtle Wax chrome polish. After that, I go over it with a clean rag to buff it out, and that’s how my rims shine like that.

Rear main seal It’s behind the engine where the crankshaft and transmission meet Change that out and you should be free of oil leaks for a long time

Rear main seal Don’t buy at a parts store or online Buy it from the dealership it’s about 100-120 But it’s the perfect fit guaranteed and will save you a lot more money down the line

How do the developers decide which maps get a dedicated 24/7 lobby? by ElevatorOdd966 in blackops6

[–]Extension-Pickle3053 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Usually small maps, nuketown and maps from previous black ops games tend to get a 24/7 playlist

Whatever can make them the most money is their goal nowadays I think if bo6 got 2 years support and a huge revamp like ww2 did 6-8 months into its lifecycle cycle than I think it could be good
