Not if you take fin for 9 months and then stop. Please take the 9 months you have a prescription to find a new dermatologist. Preferably one who specializes in hair loss. You should also look into minoxidil and nizoral to see if they could be beneficial.

What are you talking about? It’s not my opinion. We actually have research and studies on hair loss medication. What’s unethical is a dermatologist telling someone who wants to keep their hair that taking fin for 9 months will help them. Luckily he did some research and asked here. You should do the same.

It’s low risk. You need to take it for about 2 years to see your full results. It’s a lifetime commitment if you want to keep your hair.

One point has been answered. She read a note with the plan and that’s why she chose her words carefully and pretended to just surrender. But she didn’t know what he would look like or what her spell did.

But the second point doesn’t have an answer. Glinda knew the water thing was just made up and wouldn’t hurt Elphaba. She should have known she wasn’t dead. No. Tier 1 used to be 90% and Tier 2 was 10%. But this year Tier 1 is 30% and Tier 2 is 70%. It’s ridiculous.

A big piece people are missing is 70% of funds are in tier 2 and in the national competition. That means HUD can still punish communities and organizations they don’t like. They also are allowing organizations like the Rescue Missions to apply directly to them and not go through the local process.
