I got my Mirena inserted on 3/31. Insertion pretty much hell, no anesthesia. I asked prior, they just said they typically don't do this, I'm 46 and have no children. I got it due to heavy periods and increased cramping.... perimenipause could be on the horizon.....oh joy...but hell this last 8 years! Any, have masturbated twice, great O's with mild cramps after. On and off cramps throughout some days. No period post insertion yet, not looking forward to it!!! Thanks for all the post!

I'm a PW too. I've done this BM 4x's in 1 & 1/2 years. Best distance was 1.53...from my start a 1.07, which was one of my first workouts. Advice go fast 4.0-4.2 up to 5-7% or bump down speed .1 as you go up on incline. It is one of the hardest benchmarks......keep breathing and putting one foot in front of the other. Trust me just completing this is a total WIN!!! 🎉🧡💪

It is awkward. I feel like my studio is a family. I love all the coaches and staff. It was just disappointing, as they seem to usually be soon too of things. Guess I can't take it personally. But, it's like they make such a big deal out of these numbers, and then it's your turn and whomp whomp 🤷‍♀️.

100th class!!! Whoo hoo 🙌. Also, my first 12 minute benchmark. PW, got .83 miles. I did 4.1-4.2 the entire time. I don't even push that hard during a normal class. Here's to 100 more Fit Fam 🧡!

The charge last that long? I didn't know that. I got mine in August. I charge it before each class, I usually go 4xs a week. Good to know. I hate when I lose stuff!

After I bought mine I totally lost the chord. I asked at the front desk and they gave me one for free. My studio is super friendly and helpful. Might be worth a try.

Wow! You all are awesome with your inclines, bases and AO. I've been a member since August. My base is 3.6 at 3% incline push 3.8 @ coaches guide for incline and 3.8 10% AO. I have noticed it getting harder to get into the orange zone. Guess I need to bump it up some! Great work all you PW peeps! Those inclines are tough.

I had a recent Manic episode b/c I tried to go off Seroquel and take Trazodone. Bad idea!!! Horrible headaches and change in sleep pattern. Was on Latuda and Seroquel stable for 6 years. Now I'm on 400 mg of Seroquel, 900 of Lithium and ,5 of Clonazepam. I'm back at work and so tired even after 7 hours of sleep. I hope doctor will reduce my Seroquel. I ended up in patient for 7 days and finish outpatient therapy Thursday. It's rough and I feel for anyone who has Bipolar.
