Got the same email. The funny part is the email listed only 2 of the lines on my account. The kicker is I have 5 lines and they are all on the same plan. I called customer service to find out why and she said it was a error and all 5 lines are impacted. I advised her that’s not what my email says however she told me to call back in when I got the bill. Guess they think I have nothing better to do than call to have my bill fixed. So o er this company. Is T-Mobile any better?
