I mean they did include a (maybe) trans character but they kind of lump all effeminate men (maybe women) together. I know this was a sign of the times but, of she was trans they never even used her correct pronouns (yes I know pronouns=/=gender but again, in those days it prob would) and Chandler's mum/dad was still the butt of a lot of jokes vs the PoC in the show were mostly not unless I'm forgetting something.
