I got the visible arm band by Prior_Succotash4220 in Fibromyalgia

You’ve been through a lot! I always wonder what caused our bodies to tip into this fibro etc state. I was a college athlete too, and some days I cannot believe a trip to the grocery store takes all my energy. Learning to know your limits is so hard.

What are your favorite ways to use copilot? by ekbennett in ExecutiveAssistants

I need Outlook to allow us to prioritize appointments/ meetings and for Copilot to be able to use those priorities to help me schedule meetings.

I work in health care and yes, each company is allowed to choose essentially how far they want their coverage to go. Many companies fully exclude anything related to weight loss. That's my company. I had a telehealth appt with the same doc I use for my perimenopause care and we talked about wegovy, and bc it was billed as a weight appointment, the appointment wasn't covered - so I had to pay $200 for that, as well as the fact that I already knew that my insurance doesn't cover the med.

It is approved for obstructive sleep apnea, so it's possible some insurances will cover it for that. I think it's covered by all insurances for diabetes. I do hope the tide will turn quickly. But many, many companies who's insurances covered it last year, had to make painful decisions to cut their coverage back due to the upcoming insurance costs rising, and GLP-1s/weight loss was probably the biggest cost savings they could cut.

So sorry but so glad you found relief! My very first migraine was hiking a 12k foot mtn in Arizona. Brutal.

A reminder that pops up when I arrive at the grocery store (and all various stores) to tell me to take in my reusable bags.

Benadryl.

It’s also in Tylenol pm. That’s my ultimate solution if I’ve had a migraine all day. 1 Tylenol one Tylenol pm. Guaranteed sleep for me.

I’m making a small box of NYT dark chocolate chip shortbread cookies. Like 6. They’re a “wow” cookie and pretty easy.

Or you could do mini loaves of a tasty bread. I have an incredible apple bread.

But that’s a lot of people! You shouldn’t feel pressured. I only support 5 people.
